DR. JOEL P. MARTIN

Dr. Joel P. Martin is a transformational leadership expert, organizational change specialist,  executive coach, and founder of Triad West, Inc.

She works with organizations ready to strengthen leadership effectiveness, align diverse teams, and achieve meaningful performance outcomes.

Career Foundation

Dr. Martin began her career as the owner and creative director of a New York City advertising agency, leading multicultural marketing and community outreach strategies for major clients.

 This experience built the business insight and strategic perspective she brings to every engagement.

Turning Point

 After a transformational leadership experience, she shifted her focus to work that creates long-term impact—founding Triad West and applying her expertise to corporate culture change management from a blank canvas to a thriving aligned culture, of transformative leadership development and teams aligned to their organization’s transformation.

Global Experience

Dr. Martin has worked with clients across 13 countries, bringing a practical, global perspective on leadership, an in-depth understanding of cultural differences, and the empowering way of bringing workforce alignment to life.

 

Purpose and Impact

Her work is grounded in a commitment to advancing people and organizations—from early involvement in Dr. King’s Poor People’s Campaign and South Africa’s Reunification Training Team to her current consulting, executive coaching, and Positively Powerful programs.

Recognition and Accomplishments

Most recently, selected as (Rutgers) COECP FTB Graduates of Distinction for this year’s cohort based on her level of engagement in the program, completion of key deliverables, collaboration with peers, and contracts won.
